		Keep and maintain all Masjid financial records. Collect Zakat, Saudaqa and other charitable donations to the Masjid. Set up and maintain Masjid bank accounts, disperse monies necessary for the function and operation of the Masjid. Make regular finanical reports to the Masjid's general membership at quarterly meetings
Setup and maintain a personnel record of all member of the Masjid. Prepare correspondence from the Masjid to other communities and entities with whom the Masjid has business. Record minutes of all Masjid meetings. Prepare reports and agendas for general membership meetings. Keep and maintain records of Masjid Offices and Officials and dates for voting and ratification of oficials.
